400 children???
That's simply obscene.
Simply ludicrious.
Simply irresponsible.
I'm not sure who disturbs me more... this man or the sperm bank that allowed him to donate multiple and multiple (and multiple times).
I am extremely curious to hear what ya'll think...

Gross. So like what if his "son" and "daughter" end up hooking up and making babies... is that incest? Will they be all deformed? Is that relationship frowned upon? WOW!
I agree with Shandal. Hope none of them meet and start a relationship unknowingly!
I understand the demand for sperm banks, but I still don't really get how people donate. I couldn't ever donate my eggs. How on earth could I live knowing that I have children out there somewhere? No way! I'm not saying I am against those who do make the decision to donate, but it is not at all for me.

Adopted children always have that in their head or at least I did! I went on Montel a few years back and was connected with sisters. One lived 30 minutes away and we had COMMON FRIENDS, the other was across the country. So yes, with 400 our there I am sure they would cross paths! YIKES!! I agree, that is good he is making right of his wrong.
I think it's redeeming that he at least acknowledges that his actions were grossly out of line and he's doing what he can to fix it. On the other hand, he did help out what sounds like hundreds of women fulfill a dream they otherwise may not have realized, so it's hard to be too put out with this guy.
Still, 400? How do you think his wife feels about that? Crazy...
Couldn't he at least have been a wee bit more attractive? Just sayin' :)

Throwing up in my mouth doesn't even begin to describe how that article makes me feel!!! What a narcissistic bastard - excuse my French...what kind of person thinks that he is such a gift?? I agree, also, that the sperm bank should be punished for allowing him to make so many donations.

*shudder* pretty gross! I think the sperm banks should be held responsible too. But could you imagine donating like that and knowing your children are out there. I mean thank goodness for the people who do donate, woman and men. It has to be such a hard decision. I could never. This guy is tremendously disturbed.
Well, I think it's pretty crazy, but at the same time, at least he is trying to right his wrong. I def. think it's totally gross, but what can he do now? Ya know.
First of all, the statement about what if they start dating each other, not knowing they are actually brother and sister make me physically ill.

hmmmm well it definitely made me sick to think about this man's 400 potential children dating and having children together. Eeeewww. I am having "Deliverance" flashes. The good side to this article is that I will no longer get teary when I hear those radio commercials asking women to donate their eggs. I used to get so broken up thinking about all the women I could help by donating my eggs. I think I will keep them to myself guilt-free.

I don't know if I blame him as much as I would like to see this stuff regulated, monitored and controlled in a way where "mistakes" could not be made and so people have an understanding that the cute guy sitting next to them in calculus is really their half brother.
