OMG, do I need this! I'm not even all that far from Concord- been there many times with Hubs for soccer tournaments back when he was coaching, but never got to stay somewhere like this.

I need this vacay b/c otherwise, we aren't going anywhere this year. :( The move and Hubs switching jobs and a bunch o' other stuff= no vacation for us this year. Awww, sad story, right?

Actually, I just want to be able to go to the spa while Hubs takes the kids to the waterpark. LOL

We have been there a couple times and its about time to get back. We had the suite with the bunk beds for little dude he was just a pup at the time. But walks about it still 3 years later. I need a vaca, a change of scenery this blizzard after blizzard is making me stir crazy!

Its been since 2007 since we last had any FUN in our lives...but now that we're just about done toddlerhood, I think a weekend trip to GWL would be ideal!!! And far enough from home to consider it a vacation...but still in the same state!

I need a vacation because the last one I took was two years ago three weeks before my son had a massive stroke. It's been two years of non stop surgeries and procedures and I need a get a way.

What a great giveaway! My kids would love it! We have not been away in awhile and with dh always working late, we could really use some reconnecting as a family! I would make the trip to NC! How fun. Also my daughter has been dying to go to an indoor water park. There is one near us but it is just a park no hotel or fancy stuff. Its so pricey for the 4 of us for only a few hours. We were invited to a bday party there and were so excited but my daughter ended up being sick and we missed it. She was devastated.

Reasoning behind my entering your giveaway - Ok, my husband and I have NEVER been on a vacation together, not even a honeymoon. I needed to finish college and a honeymoon would have caused a problem in the semester so we skipped it. Then life caught up with us and we had two kids and still no vacation! AHHH! Five years, almost six and we have never been alone for multiple days at a time...

I need this vacation because I stay home with a 3 y.o. and 5 y.o. and a trip like this would otherwise be beyond our budget.

I need a vacation because, My husband had to file for disability a year ago, We have lived without "ANY INCOME" We have had to sell a car, and depend on family and the Lord to get us through this past year.
He has his hearing coming up in Feb. and the end is just in sight.
It has been a long year but a good year, we have grown in the Lord and realized that we have learned more about his promises that he would take care of you and never leave you helpless.
When he says he will never leave you nor forsake you, he means it and he cannot lie.
My parents live real close to a Wolfs Lodge. I would either give them the coupon or hubby and I would travel to Ohio and leave the youngens with the parents for the night and get off by ourselves.

This would be a great win and a refreshing time for the both of us to just get away for a night and just enjoy each others company.

We love it there! We have one in Williamsburg VA...not too far from here. But, would so be willing to drive to NC for a FREE night there (is is not cheap!).

Hmmm...

Being pregnant with two young children, a part-time (very intensive and demanding) job I think would qualify me automatically.

Plus- It's my little boy's third birthday next month and I thought that an indoor waterpark would be a great place to celebrate (we're only 3 hours from Dallas).

I need a vacay from job searching :) It also helps that the Great Wolf Lodge is fairly close to me! :)

We have wanted to go to Great Wolf Lodge, but the $189 night has been difficult to swallow. This $100 GC would go a long way. We live about two hours from the one in Washington state/ How I would like to go the one near you in Concord as we LOVE Charlotte, and are even considering moving to Huntersville.

Hey! We have a Great Wolf Lodge in Cincinnati, but it's up in the suburbs and I've never been. I'm glad you posted a review so I could get advice on whether it's worth the trek up to the 'burbs! Did you know a family from Hudson actually started the whole Great Wolf Lodge concept? Oh, what a small world it is from which we hail! ;-)

why do we need a vacation??
we've never had one
ever
we never had a honeymoon as we had just bought a house and spent the time i took off from my job fixing it up
we've had three kids in the past 5yrs and all my time off has gone to maternity leave (not much of a vacation :)
my husband has never been on any vacation his entire adult life
he's laid off and could use a getaway for a mood booster as he's playing stay at home dad to three little girl
our little girls would LOVE it!!! they've, of course, never been anywhere either
i have a co-worker who raves about the wolf lodge near us and i've always wanted to go
it's BITTERLY cold here right now
and...it would give me an incentive to drop a few pounds so i could wear a swimsuit in public

there, those are some of the reasons my family could use a vacation
