I Am Cursed (...and late)

Posted by: Confessions From A Work-At-Home Mom

This morning, in a span of 90 minutes, I managed to break--

-The 10-day old laptop
-The turntable on the microwave
-The XM radio in my car

Oh, and my monthly curse? She's now FOUR days late.

If you need help with the laptop, let me know...I can't personally assist you with this matter, but I know someone who can!

As for being "late", that's not necessarily a bad thing... ;)

I was once three days late and it was all stress: I had a huge final exam coming up and was freaking out about it and I knew it was stress and my bf kept telling me it was stress, but I still kept panicking. Less than two hours after the exam was over, period started.

However, if there's nothing you're feeling stressed about (other than, of course, the fact that you're late) I'd take Tricia's advice

I swear when it rains it pours! And it's always scary when 'Aunt Flo' doesn't pay her visit on time! Good luck with everything!

Thanks for stopping by! And that late thing - girl you are right about where I was with #1 when I peed on stick # 2. And you know what? I was scared to death, and oh so excited, and all those same emotions I got the first time. Yep. Every one. So, take a breath, and totally pee on the stick, and know that God is in CONTROL! (Even when you're having one of THOSE days, and it's harder to see!)

Hi!

Thanks for the bloggy visit!!!

Some weird random info that I feel the need to pass along...

I read your post above about NOT being pregnant, and I'm sorry about the broken stuff...but...I'm kind of convinced that this is all related. Years ago one of my friends related me being clumsy to my period being imminent. I've googled it and she WASN'T insane. There's info to support that women are more accident prone when the curse is near. I forgot all of the facts and stuff, but...I had to share that. Weird, huh? As if we don't deal with enough. ;p

Super cute baby!

Your DH is 6'6"? So is MY man!

:D

Oh no! What happened to the lap top? With my last lap top, I managed to spill a bit of wine on the keyboard a few days after I got it.
I suffered with a VERY sticky space bar for almost a year before replacing the keyboard.
I now take out insurance ;-)
